Our property management service gives owners of holiday homes here in Brittany, complete peace of mind.
We will do regular (monthly) visits to your property, checking security, forwarding any important looking mail, airing the rooms etc.
Extra visits may be carried out in extreme weather conditions by arrangement.
We are happy to prepare your property for your visits; airing rooms for your arrival, turning on water, electric, water heater, and if you wish, you can leave your bed linen/towels for us to launder when you leave and we will make up your rooms for you when you are due to return.
